Can you manufacture from an existing sample?
Yes. A sample can be the starting point. We agree the dimensions, mounting, material and finish before production, supported by a drawing or confirmed specification where needed.
Do you offer development samples?
We can discuss development and reference samples for your project. Sample costs and timing are quoted according to the work involved.
What is your minimum order quantity?
The practical quantity depends on the design and setup. Send your expected order size and annual requirement so we can assess the project and propose an appropriate production batch.
Can you supply finished and fitted components?
Surface finishing, drilling, mounting fittings and packing can be included by agreement. Tell us how the component will be used and assembled.
Do you manufacture other solid wood components?
Yes. Alongside furniture legs, we consider custom solid wood components that suit our turning and CNC machining capabilities.
