Technology & manufacturing

Practical knowledge.
Precise execution.

Solid wood expertise, turning and CNC machining. The right combination of processes for your component.

Knowledge of wood. Control of the detail.

Made with skill.
Shaped with technology.

Our manufacturing combines timber preparation, wood turning, milling and 5-axis CNC machining with the practical experience needed to work with solid wood. We operate our own timber-drying facilities and can supplement drying capacity through trusted partners when needed.

We select the production approach around the component’s geometry, material and agreed requirements.

Manufacturing capabilities

The processes behind
your component.

01 / PREPARATION

Timber preparation

In-house timber drying, planing and cutting prepare the material for the next machining stages. Beech and oak are central to our timber inventory.

02 / TURNING

Round and profiled forms

Turning produces cylindrical, tapered and shaped furniture legs.

03 / MACHINING

Milling & 5-axis CNC

Flat faces, complex geometries, shaped surfaces and detailed features.

04 / CONNECTIONS

Drilling & mounting

Holes and fitting arrangements coordinated with the agreed specification.

05 / SURFACES

Sanding & finishing

Surface preparation and finishing operations arranged to match your approved sample.

06 / COMPLETION

Fitting & packing

Final assembly details and packing requirements agreed for your order.

Agree the details.
Keep production aligned.

We focus on the characteristics that matter to your furniture and assembly process.

Geometry & fit

Dimensions, key tolerances and mounting details are established in the project specification.

Surface & colour

The approved sample serves as a reference for appearance, taking the natural variation of solid wood into account.

Order planning

Batch quantities, finishes, packing and delivery timing are coordinated before production.
